VICT launches revamped company values

Victoria International Container Terminal (VICT) recently unveiled the refreshed branding of its TACIT Company Values, signaling a renewed commitment to the culture and behaviors that define how teams work together.

First introduced in 2015, TACIT—Teamwork, Accountability, Compassion and Passion, Ideas, and Trust—captures the principles that guide collaboration across the terminal.

The revitalized values were presented during VICT’s end-of-year event through new visual identities that highlight the role of people at the heart of the business. According to Kayla Harris, VICT head of human resources, the updated imagery resonated strongly with employees, who immediately recognized how each pillar contributes to the team’s shared success.

As part of the rollout, VICT will further embed TACIT across the workplace through regular communications, onsite displays, and a new monthly TACIT Award. Nominated through a peer “shoutout” system, the award will recognize individuals who exemplify the spirit of the company’s values in their daily work.
