MICT strengthens workplace communication

Manila International Container Terminal conducted a communication skills program, “From Intent to Impact: Business Communication that Delivers,” on May 5 and 7. Facilitated by the Customer Experience team led by Kat Valiente, the program focused on techniques to improve clarity and professionalism in workplace communication. The program forms part of training efforts to bolster effective communication across teams.
