MICT leaders complete leadership program

Leaders of Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) recently completed the 18‑month MICT Leadership Development Program, concluding with a final session titled “Leading Through the Unknown.”

The program helped participants navigate volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, with discussions on decision‑making, adaptability and leadership during periods of change.
