PICT earns accolade for corporate excellence

The Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) has recently conferred Pakistan International Container Terminal (PICT) with the Corporate Excellence Award–an honor that PICT has earned for the fifth consecutive year.

PICT received the award in early March for its commercial diligence and responsible business conduct in terminal service operations.  The award was personally handed out by the Honorable Asad Umer, Federal Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives.

“Being recognized with the Corporate Excellence Award for the fifth consecutive time gives us immense pride and depicts the resolute commitment and synchronized efforts of the entire PICT team to deliver customer-centric solutions and implement best management practices,” said Khurram Aziz Khan, PICT Chief Executive Officer.

He adds: “This achievement reflects PICT’s growing partnership with its corporate allies and esteemed clientele.  Keeping in high regard the valuable patronage of our industrial partners, we aspire to further enhance the customer experience as we strive to become the container terminal of choice at the Port of Karachi.”
