VICT supports Wayfinder program for women
Olga Coelho Heubert, VICT chief commercial officer, with visitors from Wayfinder.
Victoria International Container Terminal (VICT) recently hosted a delegation from the Wayfinder: Supply Chain Careers for Women program.
The delegation got a behind-the-scenes look at VICT’s operations to gain firsthand insight into terminal activities. Female executives from across the business also shared their career experiences, discussed their roles and highlighted opportunities available with VICT and the wider industry.
An initiative of the Australian Logistics Council, Wayfinder promotes gender diversity and guides women into careers in the supply chain industry through industry-led events and site visits hosted by member organizations.
By supporting programs such as Wayfinder, VICT continues to contribute to workforce development initiatives to attract future talent, promote diversity and strengthen long-term industry capability.
