VICT strengthens partnerships with leading universities

VICT continues to strengthen its partnerships with top Victorian universities, including Swinburne University of Technology, RMIT University, and the University of Melbourne, to inspire future logistics professionals and advance innovation in terminal operations.

These collaborations focus on two main areas: encouraging students to pursue careers in the logistics industry, and working with academics on technical and operational projects to improve safety and efficiency.

As part of this engagement, VICT regularly hosts terminal visits for teachers and students, offering them firsthand exposure to the innovative and sustainable technologies that power modern port operations.

VICT staff also play an active role in the academic community, participating in seminars, events, and roundtables organized by partner universities — contributing as speakers, panelists, and audience members alike.
