VICT honors staff for outstanding performance

Recognition took center stage at Victoria International Container Terminal’s (VICT) recent town hall meetings in May and June, as employees who delivered outstanding performances were acknowledged alongside updates on the terminal’s business and operations.
 
The quarterly town halls brought together employees for briefings from the executive team on business performance, safety and operational matters. The sessions draw full attendance, reflecting their role as a key forum for sharing company updates.
 
Bruno Porchietto, VICT chief executive officer, announced the recipients of the monthly employee awards, recognizing team members whose performance and contributions supported the company’s key performance indicators.
