Strengthening service culture at ICTSI
The Customer Experience Team of Philippine Commercial led workshops to strengthen customer focus and promote a service-oriented mindset across International Container Terminal Services Inc.’s (ICTSI) Philippine terminals.
Employees from the Customer Experience, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Operations departments participated in the workshops, which covered Breakthrough Thinking and Mastering the Basics of Exceptional Service. These were held in August and September at The Bayleaf Hotel in Intramuros, Manila, facilitated by Breakthrough Leadership Management Consultancy with support from the ICTSI Global Academy.
The sessions focused on skills such as understanding customer needs, effective and empathetic communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking. The program underscores ICTSI’s commitment to upskilling employees and raising service standards across its terminals.
