RBT supports inclusion and diversity through samba school partnership

Rio Brasil Terminal (RBT) continues its commitment to inclusion and community engagement through its longstanding support of Embaixadores da Alegria, the world’s first samba school dedicated to differently abled individuals.

Marking its 20th anniversary, Embaixadores da Alegria held its 18th consecutive accessible parade at Rio de Janeiro’s Marquês de Sapucaí. This year’s them, “20 Years of Joy Opening the Way for Diversity,” underscored its continued advocacy for inclusion and equal participation in one of Brazil’s most prominent cultural events.

The activity brough together more than 1,500 participants, with and without disabilities, demonstrating how cultural platforms can promote diversity and social integration. RBT employees also joined the parade, reinforcing the company’s support for inclusive initiatives within the communities it serves.

Through partnership such as this, RBT continues to support programs that foster equal opportunity and long-term social value.
