OPC conducts second Driving Performance session

Operadora Portuaria Centroamericana (OPC) conducted the second local session of its Driving Performance program, bringing together employees from the Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) departments.

The program provided participants with a deeper understanding of terminal operations through discussions on performance indicators, waste reduction initiatives, and daily operational processes. It also included activities aimed at strengthening leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The initiative forms part of OPC's ongoing efforts to support employee development and enhance operational performance across the terminal.
