MMT strengthens corporate governance

Manila Multipurpose Terminal (MMT) successfully concluded a two-day refresher program on ICTSI global standards, strengthening its alignment with the ICTSI Group’s best practices in corporate governance.
Held from October 21 to 22, the training covered the Code of Business Conduct, the Fraud Reporting Policy, and the Standard Trading Conditions Plus. Attorneys Michael Rainier Alcazar and Mark Acoymo of ICTSI Global Corporate Legal Affairs led the sessions, ensuring that MMT personnel are up to date on the company’s ethical guidelines, commitment to transparency, and mechanisms for preventing and reporting fraudulent activities.
“This refresher program is a critical investment in our people and operations. By enhancing our alignment with the ICTSI Group’s global policies, we ensure that MMT operates with the utmost transparency and adherence to world-class governance standards for all stakeholders,” said Mikke Puyat, MMT chief executive officer.
