MMT joins SEAISI conference

Manila Multipurpose Terminal (MMT) joined the Southeast Asia Iron and Steel Institute (SEAISI) 2026 Conference and Exhibition in Singapore, which gathered stakeholders from across the regional steel industry.

Geraldine Santos, MMT commercial head, represented the Philippines as a director of the Philippine Iron and Steel Institute and as a member of the SEAISI National Committee.

Santos presented the Philippine country report, outlining recent economic developments, infrastructure expansion and trends in the local steel market. The report also covered demand drivers and areas of growth in the industry.
