MMT joins industry leaders at PH rail summit

Manila Multipurpose Terminal (MMT) participated in the 7th Philippine Railway Summit held on November 19 at City of Dreams Manila. The summit convened stakeholders to discuss ongoing and future initiatives under the Philippine Railway Development Plan, which aims to modernize and expand the country’s rail network.
Representatives from the Philippine National Railways, Department of Transportation-Metro Rail Transit, and the Light Rail Transit Authority shared updates on current projects, emerging technologies, and best practices shaping the sector. The summit also brought together government agencies, private executives, and industry partners to tackle challenges in railway construction and operations, and explore strategic solutions to improve system efficiency and connectivity.
Technology providers showcased innovative products and services designed to enhance safety, reliability, and customer experience across the country’s railway systems.
