MMT hosts partner delegation

Manila Multipurpose Terminal (MMT) welcomed a delegation from Aris Shipping on June 11.

MMT hosted Zitao Ren, Aris Shipping’s newly appointed representative in the Philippines, together with Yutian Jiang and Qiang Sun. Jake Shi, deputy general manager of ship agent Philhua Shipping, also joined the meeting.

They discussed cargo handling, vessel turnaround and day-to-day port operations amid changing market conditions. They also discussed ways to improve coordination and communication among the organizations.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange operational updates and discuss areas of cooperation in support of cargo movement through the terminal.
