Manila International Container Terminal managers complete leaders program

Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) marked the completion of its 16-month Leaders Program during a recognition ceremony held September 2 at Solaire Resort Entertainment City.

The ceremony recognized the participants’ commitment to the program and their role in strengthening MICT’s leadership bench.

The program had brought together 49 managers from the terminal to strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance organizational effectiveness and prepare participants for expanded responsibilities.

Part of the MICT EDGE initiative under the EDGE LEAD pillar, the program supports employee development and helps build a pipeline of future leaders for the organization.
