MICT holds dialogue on trade, logistics at CEO Night 2025

Manila International Container Terminal held its CEO Night 2025 on November 21 at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Taguig City, bringing together executives from the forwarding and beneficial cargo owner sectors for a focused, high-level discussion.
The forum provided space for candid conversation on the shifting logistics landscape and the demands of regional trade. Participants exchanged perspectives on current challenges, emerging opportunities, and areas where collaboration can strengthen supply chain efficiency.
The relaxed, private setting at Morton’s supported open dialogue and reinforced the value of strong executive relationships to navigate an increasingly complex operating environment.
A key highlight of the evening was the insights shared by MICT Chief Executive Officer Christian Lozano, who provided an overview of the terminal’s strategic direction, ongoing initiatives, and performance highlights. His discussion set the tone for deeper conversation on operational priorities and the terminal’s future trajectory.
This was complemented by the perspective of Aris Dacasin, HSBC ASEAN economist, whose regional expertise framed the discussion within the broader macroeconomic environment and enriched the group’s understanding of the forces shaping Southeast Asian trade. His participation, made possible through the support of ICTSI’s Global Investor Relations team, further elevated the program and was appreciated by attendees.
ICTSI officers in attendance were Arthur R. Tabuena, ICTSI vice president and head of Investor Relations; Phillip Marsham, Philippine sub-region executive director; Jose Carlo Javier, MICT terminal director; Voltaire Wycoco, Philippine Management Services and Government Affairs director; Allan Almero, MICT chief finance officer; Nicolette Ong, MICT commercial head; and Girlie Ong, MICT administration department head.
