MICT CWD aligns 2026 goals
The Civil Works Department (CWD) of Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) recently held its 2026 Business Planning and Team Building session, focusing on strategic alignment and teamwork.
MICT CEO Christian Lozano and MICT COO Jose Javier attended the session, underscoring the department’s role in supporting the terminal’s infrastructure development and operational priorities.
The program opened with a review of CWD’s progress, highlighting completed projects and key milestones.
For 2026, the department identified the enhancement of its Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system as a priority. The initiative aims to standardize engineering processes, improve consistency across construction activities, and ensure quality execution in terminal projects.
Team members also presented planning and execution frameworks designed to keep the department responsive to MICT’s evolving operational requirements.
The session included team‑building activities focused on strengthening communication and collaboration, reinforcing the teamwork needed to deliver on departmental and organizational goals.
