MICT completes change training

Leaders of Manila International Container Terminal completed the “Leading Transformational Change: From Alignment to Action” training held on May 25 and June 15. The training focused on helping leaders understand the dynamics of organizational change, manage resistance and guide teams through transitions. Discussions also covered frameworks to support change initiatives, encourage adoption and sustain improvements within teams.
