MICT boosts workplace comms skills



Employees of the Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) recently completed a business communication training program to strengthen client and customer engagement.

The training, From Intent to Impact: Business Communication that Delivers, was facilitated by Kat Valiente of Philippine Commercial’s Customer Experience team. 

Conducted in five batches, the training covered audience analysis, effective email writing, and strategies for improving clarity, tone, and structure in workplace communication.

The training concluded with a reflection activity, where participants outlined key lessons and set personal goals to enhance their professional communication practices.
