International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) has integrated its Sustainability department with Global Corporate Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE), creating the new Global Safety & Sustainability department.

The move brings together safety and sustainability under a single function, strengthening the integration of both areas into the company’s global operations.

“Sustainability is a shared responsibility,” said Nathan Clarke, ICTSI vice president for Global Engineering and chief sustainability officer.” This integration helps us turn our commitments into action across ICTSI.”

The reorganization aims to strengthen coordination between the two functions while supporting long-term value creation for employees, communities and stakeholders.

“Bringing safety and sustainability together strengthens our ability to integrate safe, responsible and sustainable practices into everyday operations, supporting both operational performance and long-term business value,” said Daragh Henry, ICTSI head of global safety & sustainability.

The new department will continue existing programs while introducing initiatives to support business units across the ICTSI Group.
