Mindanao Container Terminal, employees union agree on new labor deal

Mindanao Container Terminal (MCT) and the MICTSI Supervisory Union, under the Federation of Democratic Labor Organizations, concluded negotiations on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement on September 3.

The union delegation included Gene Senados, union representative, union officers, and Leonilo Ratilla, Federation representative.

MCT management was represented by Gemma Gloria, terminal manager; Larry Rivera, human resources and administration department head; Marge Cuadera, ICTSI Global Academy head and Philippine HR lead; Michael Rainier Alcazar, corporate attorney; Mario Dela Cruz, corporate attorney; and Michael David, legal counsel.

The parties formally signed the agreement on September 4, reinforcing their commitment to mutual respect, employee welfare, and long-term operational success.
