IF, VoF beneficiaries graduate

Twelve survivors of human trafficking and child abuse completed academic programs supported by the ICTSI Foundation from academic years 2023 to 2025.

The graduates were under the care of the Center of Hope, a shelter operated by the Voice of the Free Foundation, a non‑government organization that provides recovery and aftercare services for survivors of trafficking, abuse and exploitation.

The group includes six college graduates, four technical‑vocational program completers and two senior high school graduates, reflecting progress made through education and sustained support.

Since 2020, the ICTSI Foundation has supported the operations of the Center of Hope, contributing to a protected learning environment and access to education for survivors working toward long‑term recovery.
