The awards were given on October 23 at Okada Manila during the 2025 Golden Arrow Awards, which gathered the Philippines’ top publicly listed companies recognized for excellence in corporate governance.

The Golden Arrow Awards honor publicly listed companies that meet regional standards of corporate governance based on ACGS results. Firms that score at least 75 points qualify for one Golden Arrow, with additional Arrows awarded for higher scores.

ICTSI was recognized for strong governance practices in five areas: board responsibility, disclosure and transparency, shareholder rights, equitable treatment of shareholders, and stakeholder relations.

The Company’s three-Arrow recognition underscores its commitment to good governance through transparent corporate disclosures and sustainability reporting. ICTSI also upholds stakeholder rights through its Global Principles on Human Capital and other related corporate policies.
