ICTSI PH Commercial, VCT explore ways to enhance CX
The ICTSI Philippine Commercial Department recently held a workshop with the management committee of Visayas Container Terminal (VCT) to assess customer touchpoints and explore potential improvements to the terminal user experience.
The session provided an opportunity for the Customer Experience and Claims teams of PH Commercial to present key observations and recommendations from their two-month immersion at VCT. Each presentation was followed by a discussion segment to gather insights and feedback from the committee.
The workshop also introduced a dedicated customer care email channel, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance communication and service delivery at the terminal.
The session concluded with a goal-setting activity, where department heads outlined short-term priorities and long-term plans aimed at refining processes and strengthening customer engagement across terminal operations.
