ICTSI honors top suppliers

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. recognized outstanding suppliers during the 18th ICTSI Supplier Quality Awards held on Aug. 13, highlighting their contributions to the ICTSI Group's operations across the Philippines.

The annual awards recognize suppliers for outstanding performance in service delivery, quality, reliability and operational support.

Damien Huppert, ICTSI Vice President Global Procurement, said the awards recognize suppliers that consistently support the company's operations:  "Our suppliers play an important role in our operations. These awards recognize organizations that consistently deliver quality, reliability and value while supporting our business requirements."

Twenty suppliers for six business units received awards.

For Manila International Container Terminal, these were Mega Masterlink Fabricator & Electrical Svcs. Corp. (General Construction), Puerto Primera Incorporated (Equipment Services), Power Systems Inc. (Equipment Materials), RVV Manpower Services, Inc. (Indirect Services), Universal Access and Systems Solutions Phil. Inc. (IT Infrastructure), DHI Seaport Pty Ltd (IT Services), and A A Enterprises OPC (Indirect Materials).

NorthPort recognized GHD Pty. Ltd. (General Construction), Cuadricom Incorporated (Equipment Materials), and Trends & Technologies, Inc. (IT Infrastructure).

At Subic Bay International Terminals, awardees were Mega Masterlink Fabricator & Electrical Svcs. Corp. (General Construction), Lubestraders Corporation (Equipment Materials), and EBDI Phils. Inc. (IT Infrastructure).

Oilempire Inc. received the Special Award for Energy for Manila Multipurpose Terminal.

At Visayas Container Terminal, awardees were 2RJ Construction Services (General Construction), JDS Electrical and Industrial Supplies Trading (Equipment Materials), and Iloilo Big J's Mart Corporation (Indirect Materials).

Mindanao Container Terminal recognized Power Systems Inc. (Equipment Materials), Jade Machine Shop (Equipment Services), and Elektron Energy Solution Corporation (Indirect Services).

The ISQA program forms part of ICTSI's efforts to maintain performance standards across its supplier network and strengthen long-term supplier relationships.
