ICTSI highlights strategy, global ops in inaugural capital markets day

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) held its first Capital Markets Day from April 16-17, bringing together investors, analysts and key stakeholders for a comprehensive view of the Company’s long-term strategy, growth priorities and financial outlook.

During the event, ICTSI’s leadership presented the Company’s performance trajectory and underscored the importance of talent and execution in sustainable growth. Terminal leaders from Ecuador, Mexico, Papua New Guinea and Australia shared insights on operational excellence, capital deployment, stakeholder engagement and market positioning, demonstrating how localized strategies contribute to overall value creation. A fireside chat with senior executives and global functional heads addressed operational challenges, project execution, cybersecurity and emerging opportunities across markets.

ICTSI also provided an update on the construction of the South Luzon Container Terminal in Batangas, emphasizing the terminal’s role as a major logistics infrastructure and a key component of the Company’s long-term strategy.

Held at Solaire Entertainment City in Parañaque, the two-day engagement opened with a port tour of Subic Bay International Container Terminals, where members of the ICTSI management committee welcomed participants and led an on-site introduction to operations, safety protocols and infrastructure. The tour included a presentation outlining the terminal’s investment proposition.

On the second day, participants visited three Manila terminals—Manila Multipurpose Terminal, Manila NorthPort and Manila International Container Terminal (MICT)—to get a closer look at ICTSI’s operational scale and capabilities. The tours showcased efficiency and service delivery, with focus on MICT as the Philippines’ largest and most modern container terminal.
