International Container Terminal Services, Inc.’s (ICTSI) Global Procurement team recently celebrated outstanding achievements and innovation at the 2024 Global Procurement Awards, recognizing top-performing teams across the ICTSI Group for their significant contributions.

The awards highlighted exceptional performance in critical areas, with the following recipients demonstrating best-in-class results for each Key Performance Indicator:

  • Best in Adoption of Supplier Code of Business Conduct: Manila International Container Terminal
  • Best in Supplier Mapping Initiative: Operadora Portuaria Centroamericana
  • Best in Procurement Catalogs Utilization: Tecon Suape
  • Best in On-Time Delivery Performance: Mindanao Container Terminal
  • Best in PR-to-PO Cycle Time: Manila Multipurpose Terminal
  • Best in Financial Performance: Manila International Container Terminal and Basra Gateway Terminal

 
Additionally, TecPlata was awarded the Most Proactive Procurement Team, while Onne Multipurpose Terminal received the award for Best in Procurement Ethical Compliance.

These awards, formally presented during the first quarter Global Procurement call held online last March 20 and 21, underscore the vital role of procurement in driving organizational success through strategic initiatives and adherence to best practices.
