The ICTSI Foundation has renewed its support for nongovernment organizations Voice of the Free (VF) Foundation, Inc., Child Protection Network, and Don Bosco Youth Center – Tondo for 2024.

“Our partnerships with these nongovernment organizations remain strong as we continue to support their causes and beneficiaries. Together, we hope to inspire and contribute to positive change in society by protecting, educating and empowering those in need,” said Filipina Laurena, ICTSI Foundation executive director.

Last 22 January, the Foundation signed a new Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Voice of the Free, which runs the Center of Hope – a facility that houses 45 survivors of human trafficking and sexual abuse. Aside from offering refuge, the facility also provides survivors medical and psychological support, education and vocational training.

On the same day, the Foundation and Child Protection Network inked the agreement supporting the Philippine General Hospital’s Child Protection Unit (CPN). The CPN provides legal, social, medical and forensic services, and training programs for the treatment and protection of more than 1,500 women and children from abuse.
