ICTSI Foundation delivers aid to Tondo fire survivors

The ICTSI Foundation provided relief assistance to about 2,400 families displaced by a fire in Barangay 105, Tondo, Manila.

Volunteers from North Port, Manila Multipurpose Terminal, and the Manila International Container Terminal Anchorage Unit joined the effort, distributing 25-kilogram sacks of rice, hygiene kits, sleeping mats, blankets and roasted chicken to each family.

The distribution took place at Vicente Lim Elementary School, which serves as a temporary evacuation center. The operation was coordinated with the Manila Department of Social Welfare, barangay officials and local police to ensure order and efficiency.

The Foundation said the initiative is part of ICTSI’s support for host communities affected by emergencies.
