ICTSI expands logistics capabilities in Brazil

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), through subsidiary IRB Holding, has acquired full control of CRAGEA, a company with more than 50 years of experience in the logistics, storage, customs operations and multimodal transport segments in the State of São Paolo.

The acquisition is part of the ICTSI Group’s logistics expansion strategy in Brazil, strengthening its performance in integrated multimodal solutions, with a focus on operational efficiency, expansion of the port hinterland and development of sustainable logistics corridors, especially through rail integration, providing “white flag” operations.

While the conclusion of the transaction still depends on the final authorization of the competent authorities, ICTSI reaffirms its commitment to operational excellence, customer service and strict compliance with the laws, standards and obligations applicable to its operations.
