ICTSI Academy concludes 2025 TED leaders’ program

ICTSI Global Academy recently conducted another batch of its Terminal Executive Diploma (TED) program, its flagship leadership and business development program, held from 25 February to 7 March at Solaire Resort Entertainment City.

The program brought together select employees from ICTSI’s international terminal network for sessions focused on strategic decision-making, operational management, and leadership development. Led by company executives and industry practitioners, TED combined case studies, executive coaching, and practical insights to strengthen participants’ capabilities in managing port operations.

ICTSI leaders also shared perspectives on global practices and emerging industry trends, underscoring the company’s focus on developing leadership talent. TED remains a key part of ICTSI’s broader talent development framework.  Managed by the ICTSI Global Academy, it supports the company’s efforts to prepare future leaders across its global operations.
