Global Corporate completes first Driving Performance program

ICTSI Global Corporate completed the first batch of its Driving Performance program for head office employees, with a concluding activity held April 7.

The program ran from March 2 to 5 and involved 11 participants from Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Engineering and Sustainability.

Participants reviewed key aspects of terminal operations, including performance indicators, waste reduction initiatives and day‑to‑day operational processes. Discussions also examined how corporate functions can better support terminal operations across the ICTSI network.

As part of the program, participants visited Manila International Container Terminal, NorthPort and Manila Multipurpose Terminal to observe containerized, breakbulk and passenger terminal operations.

Participants are developing “Quick Win” proposals expected to be implemented by the third quarter of 2026.
