GCLA launches ThinkTank series with seminar on marital property rights

ICTSI Global Corporate Legal Affairs (GCLA) recently introduced its new legal education initiative, the GCLA ThinkTank, that aims to raise awareness on common legal and social issues that may be encountered by employees of the ICTSI Group. The initiative was launched last 10 September with a lecture titled Til Death Do Us Part, focusing on property regimes, roles and rights within a marriage.
Atty. Melencio Santos Sta. Maria Jr., Far Eastern University Institute of Law dean, served as the speaker, offering expert insights on property rights, legal remedies, and available actions under Philippine marriage laws.
The seminar provided participants with a deeper understanding of the legal aspects of domestic and family relationships, helping them to make informed decisions and better navigate their personal lives. Ultimately, the initiative hoped to contribute to fostering a more positive and productive work environment.
The GCLA ThinkTank series is part of the broader Rule of Law Month celebration.
