GCLA, GHR launch Legal Caravan


 

ICTSI Global Corporate Legal Affairs and Global Human Resources launched the Legal Caravan on May 12, with its first stop at Aviation Concepts Technical Services Inc. in Subic.

The program began with a tour of the ACTSI hangar, providing participants with an overview of daily operations.

Carmeline Viniegra, GCLA senior manager, opened the session with an overview of the caravan. Sarah Jane Baral, Philippine HR manager, followed with a discussion on ICTSI’s Purpose and Values. Michael Ranier Alcazar, GCLA senior manager, then presented ICTSI global policies and their application in daily work.

Afternoon sessions focused on contracts, corporate records and document management. Viniegra, together with Agnes Pajilan‑Paredes and Joanna Christina Tabug, GCLA paralegal managers, led discussions on contracts and corporate housekeeping. Mark Acoymo, GCLA senior manager, covered document handling, while Rowena Angela Salanga, GCLA senior manager, closed with reminders on company standards.

TJ Trinidad, ACTSI president, along with representatives from various departments, joined the sessions and shared insights on operations.

The program supported coordination between Legal Affairs, Human Resources and business units through information sharing and discussion.
