Fathers’ Day celebration at CGSA

Employees accompany their family members for a tour of the CGSA’s facilities.

Contecon Guayaquil celebrated Fathers’ Day last June with a barbecue masterclass and terminal tour for employees and their families. 

The activities gave employees the opportunity to share their workplace with their families, allowing children to learn about the terminal’s operations and gain a better understanding of their parents’ role in supporting Ecuador’s trade and logistics sector.

Fathers and their children also participated in a barbecue masterclass that fostered family interaction and created a memorable shared experience.

The activities reflect CGSA's commitment to foster employee well-being and promote activities that strengthen family engagement and appreciation for the people behind the terminal's operations.
