CGSA strengthens position as Ecuador's preferred trade gateway

Contecon Guayaquil (CGSA) continues to strengthen its position as the preferred gateway for Ecuador’s foreign trade as it caters to the unprecedented volume increase from the WSA2 service.

Cargo volume brought in by the WSA2 service, which connects Ecuador to Asia, has grown by 46 percent – the highest since the service launched in the country. The surge has enabled CGSA to set a record for most cargo movements in a single vessel call.
