CGSA celebrates International Women’s Day

Contecon Guayaquil S.A. (CGSA) marked International Women’s Day by creating a space to recognize and promote female talent, reinforcing its commitment to an inclusive culture where everyone can contribute and make an impact.

A total of 109 women, including employees and their family members, took part in a resin workshop that turned ideas into tangible creations, reflecting creativity, confidence, and self-expression.

More than a commemorative activity, the workshop highlighted the company’s values by encouraging creativity, strengthening confidence and leadership, and fostering collaboration.
