BGT invests in employee development

Basra Gateway Terminal staff recently took part in a Leading Through Uncertainty course as part of the terminal’s continuing investment in employee development.

The course explored practical ways to navigate challenges, adapt to change and make effective decisions when circumstances are uncertain. Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, participants tackled how they can apply these approaches in their day-to-day work and as they progress in their careers.
