BGT employees complete ICTSI Global Academy training

Several Basra Gateway Terminal (BGT) employees recently completed an intensive five-day training organized by the ICTSI Global Academy.

The training focused on driving performance across functions, equipping participants with practical tools and global best practices to become more efficient and effective in their respective roles. Through a combination of interactive workshops, case studies and group exercise, participants received insights on improving both individual and team performances.

“Our people are the foundation of our success,” said Fasih Ul Haq, BGT human resource manager.
