BACT celebrates Indonesia’s 81st year of independence

PT Batu Ampar Container Terminal (BACT) marked Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day with activities held from August 4 to 14 under the theme “United in Excellence, Strong for Indonesia.” The celebration brought together employees through sports, competitions and team activities, highlighting the value of cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork.

The celebration featured a mobile Legends Competition from August 4 to 5, followed by a mini soccer tournament on August 8 and a series of fun games on August 14. Activities such as the safety puzzle and safety challenge encouraged employees to communicate, coordinate and support one another while strengthening connections across teams.

These experiences went beyond friendly competition, demonstrating how trust and collaboration can strengthen relationships across the workforce. The celebration reflects BACT’s commitment to fostering a workplace can connect beyond their daily roles, build stronger team dynamics and contribute collectively toward the organization’s continued growth.
