Art raffle, auction raise PHP 575,000 for ICTSI Scholars
The ICTSI Foundation raised PHP 575,000 for its scholarship program through the recent ICTSI Art Raffle and Silent Auction, which featured select works from the Company’s art collection.
The initiative offered employees the chance to acquire original artworks from recognized Philippine artists, with proceeds going to the Foundation’s educational programs.
Thirty-two artworks were awarded through a raffle, while five were acquired via silent auction by Mariano Turnes of Global Corporate, Danilo Lim of Global Corporate IT, and Santi Fuentes of MICT Operations. The raffle-auction was initiated by Christian R. Gonzalez, ICTSI Executive Vice President.
Raffle participants included Allan Almero (MICT Finance), Nikki Ong (MICT Commercial), Jose Antonio Lacson (MICT Operations), Catherine Panilla (EPT), Colo Ventosa (COB), Filipina Laurena (ICTSI Foundation), Jupiter Kalambakal and Narlene Soriano (Global PR), Berlin Samonte and Brian Hibbert (Global Corporate IT), Thomas Goodwin, Gareth Scott, Hans Christian Lopez, John Ezra Villegas, Richard Robinson, and Nathan Clarke (Global Corporate Engineering), Antonio Coronel (Logistics Shared Services), Robin Cruickshanks and Sameh Wagih (Global Corporate HR), Anders Kjeldsen (Americas Region), Hans-Ole Madsen (EMEA Region), and Mr. Turnes.
The initiative reinforced ICTSI’s commitment to education and community development by combining employee engagement with purposeful giving.
